Never share your secret code/password with any site or a person. Websser does not use mail or web forms. Do not enter your secret code/password into a pop-up window, even if it looks like Websser Wallet. Verify links are legitimate. Scammers often use these tactics.

By using the Websser Wallet, the User accepts and expresses consent and agreement with these Terms and Conditions, which are mandatory. Likewise, by using the Websser Wallet, the User acknowledges, declares and accepts that: that he knows and understands the purchase and sale transactions of cryptocurrencies, their operation, volatility, market conditions and risks; that you are aware of the risks associated with cryptocurrency purchase and sale transactions and represent that you will assume such risks; that Websser will not be responsible for the risks or adverse results of cryptocurrency purchase and sale transactions. If the User does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, they cannot access Websser services, nor use the Websser Wallet in any way.

1. Websser has developed the Websser Wallet in order to offer Users services for the purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies, in accordance with the provisions of this document.

2. The User declares that the funds with which the transactions will be carried out come from legal activities in accordance with the applicable regulations.

3. The balances displayed in the Websser Wallet represent the amount and equivalent dollar value of each type of the User's cryptocurrencies at a specific time. The User acknowledges that the price of cryptocurrencies/tokens may rise and fall over time and may even change quickly and drastically. Therefore, the User acknowledges and accepts that even though the amount of each type of cryptocurrency/token remains the same, the equivalent dollar value will change as the market price of each cryptocurrency/token fluctuates. Finally, the User understands that the equivalent value in dollars indicated for a purchase and/or sale is an estimated value that will not necessarily be the exact value that they will receive if they request their cryptocurrencies, since it is estimated.

4. The minimum purchase and/or sale amount of cryptocurrencies is US$50.00 (fifty dollars), legal tender of the United States of America, for each transaction made.

5. For its part, the maximum amount for the purchase of cryptocurrencies is US$5,000.00 (five thousand dollars) per month. This restriction will apply generally and regardless of the card used. If the User wants to carry out transactions that exceed the established maximum amount, they may make a request hello@websser.com, in which Websser will analyze the risk profile and determine the approval or rejection of said request.

6. Using the Websser Wallet has no monthly cost. Nor is a minimum amount required in the Websser Wallet for it to be active, only the minimum and maximum purchase amount limitations indicated above will be applicable. Likewise, the User may keep their Websser Wallet active without it being necessary to carry out a minimum number of transactions in a certain period.

7. The User acknowledges and accepts that any order, instruction, request, operation, transaction and/or management that is carried out using their Websser Wallet will be assumed to be carried out by the User themselves, releasing Websser from any type of responsibility for them.

9. Websser Support will never DM you. This is a common tactic scammers use to try and get access to your wallet.

10. If you need to reach Support: open Websser, then Support. The ‘Start a Conversation’ button will start a chat, the bot asks a few questions to help route you to the correct team. You can also visit the Support site from the web: https://www.websser.com/suport

11. Do not click on suspicious links or files. This can lead to your device security being compromised.

12. Do not “sync” or “validate” your wallet with any websites or forms. This is a scam. Never sync and share: QR Codes, private key, etc.

13. Never call phone numbers, text Whatsapp numbers, DM on Discord, use WeChat or do video chat with people on this subreddit. Websser does not offer customer support in this manner. There is NO exclusive Websser Discord.

14. Only the first time, we request an email to create a wallet. We can’t email you. We will never ask you to verify or upgrade/merge your wallet.

15. In case of loss, theft and/or theft of the Websser App key, as well as any risk of access to the Websser Wallet by a third party, the User will be obliged to change the Websser Wallet key through the platform, following the instructions that are specified there.
